small hands big art offers a festive space to celebrate your child’s special day! Let us plan a unique and exciting celebration to commemorate a birthday, graduation, holiday, special accomplishment or milestone! From toddlers to teenagers, your child and his/her guests will have a memorable time exploring the wonderful world of art! We can also accommodate other types of group outings such as playgroups or field trips.
Reservations and Terms
Parties are generally scheduled for Friday or Saturday afternoons; however, we’ll do our best to accommodate another preferred day or time, depending on studio availability! The minimum group size is 6, and the maximum group is 15-20, depending on the predominant age of the guests. For children age 3 and under, where more parents may wish to stay vs. drop off, the limit is 15. We’re happy to customize a theme party based on your child’s unique personality and interests, and every guest will take home a unique art project of their own creation.
Parties last an hour and a half, with the last 20 minutes set aside for refreshments and opening presents if you wish.
The cost is $25 per guest, which includes personalized invitations+envelopes, all art supplies, party preparation/cleanup, an online photo album, and a personalized goody bag with a complimentary small hands big art class for each guest to enjoy in the future. A 50% deposit will secure your reservation, with the balance due on the date of the party. In the event of a cancellation, we will refund your deposit if we are able to book another party in your time slot, or if you reschedule your party within 30 days (based on studio availability).
Frilly party dresses and kiddie tuxes are not recommended attire for an art party! Come prepared to get a little messy (or a lot!) and let us clean up the aftermath!
You Supply:
Your choice of cake, cupcakes, pizza, drinks, napkins, utensils, plates, and any special party favors you wish to have on hand. The studio is a colorful and festive space, so decorations aren’t necessary although you’re welcome to add whatever unique touches you wish to make your child’s experience extra special.
