Clay is cold, squishy, messy, & kids love it!  Our pottery / ceramics camp takes place at the Weddington Activity Center, five minutes from our studio, three if you don’t hit the light!

Pottery Camp Description:

Pottery camp is a dirty job but someone’s gotta do it! Artists ages 6-14 create multiple projects throughout the week focusing on hand building and learning to throw on the pottery wheel. Sculpting, clay tools, and glazing techniques are expertly taught in the clay studio and this program is a great option for kids who want to build something more than a pinch pot!  Fired and finished masterpieces are ready for pick up the following week. Tuition covers all materials, including tools, clay, glazes and firing.

Ages:  

Pottery camp is for children ages 6 – 14.

Dates & Times:

Weekly, Monday – Friday, June 15 – Aug. 21.  No camp the weeks of June 29, July 6 and Aug 17.   2:00 – 5:00pm.

Weddington Activity Center, 13601 Providence Rd., Weddington, NC 28104

Cost:  

$225/week, 10% sibling discount deducted from total, as well as 10% off all additional camps.

Discounts:

All summer, if your child registers the same day as a friend, each camper receives $25 off (enter code BFF at checkout).   Discounts cannot be combined.  If necessary, please call to discuss which discount is most advantageous for your situation.
