March 7, 2022 Update – SOUTH CHARLOTTE STUDIO

Hello Parents!

We follow the state and local Covid-19 mandates and as of this update, masks are now optional in the studio.

We have always practiced impeccable cleanliness + sanitation standards in the studio, and continue to thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces.

1. Outside Drop Off / Pick Up:

In an effort to minimize over-crowding situations in the studio, we plan to continue limiting people inside the studio to only students and Small Hands Big Art staff. A staff member will be at our doors to assist with checking in each child, and at pick up students are called outside one by one.

Kids with a fever, cough, runny nose, discharge from the eyes, nausea, shortness of breath, diarrhea, or rash should not come to class or camp. If any of these symptoms develop during class, parents or an authorized caregiver will be contacted for pick up.

At pick up, parents or authorized individuals will wait outside and an SHBA staff member will send your child out to you, along with their pile of artsy loot ready to take home that day! During summer camp, some days they may be empty-handed while their work in progress is drying overnight or waiting for five more layers of fabulousness!

2. Snacks:

To minimize personal items in the studio, for classes or camps longer than 2 hours, Small Hands Big Art will continue to provide a complementary light NUT FREE snack (either Goldfish, pretzels, animal crackers, or graham crackers). No outside food or drink will be allowed in the studio unless a child has special dietary restrictions. If your child has any food allergies, or special dietary restrictions, please provide that information via our Parent Portal ahead of time, and contact us to make special arrangements if necessary.

3. Cancellations / Refunds:

All tuition and booking fees are non-refundable. Parents are responsible for making educated and informed decisions to accept the Covid-19 risks of sending their child to camp or class or booking a party, and voluntarily agreeing to fully accept that risk.

If you have any questions, please give us a call at the studio 704-246-8271.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
