They move and blend easily and dry super fast! They are unparalleled for vibrancy as well as transparency. Once dry, the inks are impervious to water, they\u00a0clean up with rubbing alcohol and re-wet themselves, allowing for unique effects and techniques not easily achieved with water-based systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>WHAT&#8217;S INCLUDED:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A two hour workshop that includes alcohol ink* instructions &amp; techniques<\/li>\n<li>A practice ceramic tile to explore various painting methods.<\/li>\n<li>Your selection of a ceramic painting surface from our curated supply of planters, bowls, containers, and vessels. (<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0If you have another ceramic surface you would like to play or practice on, as time allows, you are welcome to bring any thrifting finds you may have lying around!)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Use of our alcohol ink color palettes, brushes, and blending solutions<\/li>\n<li>Soil &amp; planting supplies and your choice of succulents to plant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"s1\"><b>A note of caution:<\/b>\u00a0 *<em>Alcohol inks emit fumes (very similar to the\u00a0smell and intensity of rubbing alcohol). \u00a0We&#8217;ll be working in a well-ventilated area with gloves, but if you have sensitivities to this sort of thing, this workshop may not be for you. \u00a0The vapors could cause irritation to lungs, skin &amp; eyes.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>To get a little more inspiration,<\/strong>\u00a0take a peek at some projects our teen students created\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.smallhandsbigart.com\">small hands big art\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0using alcohol ink.
