Jessica Masone joined the Small Hands Big Art team in 2016 after moving back to the Charlotte area following 12 years in the Philadelphia area where she became certified to teach art, K-12 at Moore College of Art & Design and obtained a Masters of Education from Cabrini University. She brings with her a passion for teaching and inspiring creativity in children. She believes that in learning about and creating with the elements of art, children grow in their creative expression and awareness of the world around them.
When not in the studio, Jessica teaches middle school art at Union Prepatory Academy and enjoys spending time with her two daughters. She’s currently working on carving out time to paint again. She can also be found chasing the sunrise or sunset daily.
