Details to Reserve Your Charlotte Party Venue

Available Days / Times / Ages

Parties are on Saturdays in either our Art Studio or Pottery Studio (multiple times avail + some Friday afternoons!). During Covid space is limited to allow room to spread out, and masks are required.  Parties are 1.5 hrs, with the last 15-20 minutes set aside for a sweet treat! Presents are not opened at the party so we have more time for art!  Art Parties start at age 4.  Pottery Parties start at age 6.

Art or Pottery

Pottery Parties take place in our spacious pottery studio.  Kids have an unforgettable experience making a unique hand-built ceramic sculpture, learn how to add texture & details, and apply a touch of color with glaze.  Kiln fired pieces are ready for pick up the following week.  Art Parties in our adjoining Mixed Media studio involve a lot of paint, glue & glitter!

Themed Parties

We’re happy to customize a theme inspired by your child’s unique personality and interests.  We don’t limit you to picking from a short list of “cookie cutter” options – we have thousands of creative art projects and are always inventing new ones!  Every guest will take home a unique art or pottery project of their own creation!

Adult Events

Any event is a great excuse to get friends together to create! We even host grown-up birthday parties! Our tables are adjustable, so the space transforms nicely into a comfortable height for people taller than 42 inches, or we can host at a venue of your choice!

Private Party Cost

The cost is $375 for the first 10 kids, plus $25 for each additional child.  Goody bags for all guests with arts & crafts materials and a free 1hr class coupon are available for an additional fee of $55 for the first 10 kids + $5.50 for each additional child.

Event Deposit

A $100 deposit will secure your reservation, with the balance due at the end of the party, based on the number of children who attended. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to book another party in your time slot.

What's Included

All art supplies, decorations, an online photo album, and a personalized digital invitation that you can circulate via email or print at home.  Our rockin’ goody bags with cool art supplies & a complimentary class coupon for each guest are available for an additional fee of $55 for the first 10 kids + $5.50 for each additional child.

You Supply

In our Art studio, you supply a light sweet treat + water, napkins, utensils, plates, & candles (no other food or snacks) – or you can opt to send kids home with a to go treat and use the entire time to create!  In our Pottery studio, you can provide a “to go” treat if you’d like (due to the clay, the pottery studio is not food friendly so we use the entire time to create!).   You can provide goody bags or purchase ours!
