I was born in Germany educated in Turkey with a BS and MS in Chemistry. I moved to OH for yet another degree -the PhD, working in a lab mixing, stirring, being creative – same as in art. 🙂

After working as a medical manager for years I attended a vocational school to learn hand building ceramics in Turkey. I earned a certificate to teach and had just opened a ceramic studio teaching kids and adults.  Shortly after opening, Covid came to visit 🙂

I moved back to US at the end of 2022 and was lucky to discover Small Hands Big Art. I loved the studio as soon as I walked in and the teachers’ positive energy was great.

I love kids and am amazed of their attitude towards me (my strange foreign accent and little experience in teaching kids of younger ages). They are good kids. We have fun learning together!
