Meet Marloes! Originally from The Netherlands, she brings a European flair to our studio. In 2006, she and her husband moved to Seattle for a job opportunity, and after 16 years in the PNW they decided to make Charlotte their new home. Marloes is a proud mom of teenage twins – a boy and a girl – and also has two furry family members (dog Sidney and cat Hunter).

During her time as a volunteer for the Art Start program at her twins’ elementary school, she gained invaluable experience working with children of all ages. Marloes is dedicated to helping our young artists unleash their creativity and produce their best work.

When she’s not working in the studio, Marloes supports parents with a newborn as a postpartum doula. In her free time she enjoys sewing, crochet, watercolor and making pottery (wheel throwing). She’s a true artist at heart and loves sharing her knowledge and skills with those around her.
