Learn a foundational drawing technique called CONTOUR LINE DRAWING! Draw a whimsical self-portrait along with us as you watch the video, and then you can practice what this new skill drawing other things like animals or objects!

Decoupage Paper Lantern
Let’s have a polka-dot party! Mix the powdered starch with very hot tap water in the 2nd container to make a decoupage paste to adhere your tissue paper polka-dots! Use your watercolor brush to apply a little paste, attach your paper, then a thin layer of paste on top – watch the short video for directions!
Layer papers to mix colors or make a fun pattern! You can even add some very light touches of watercolor – careful, the lantern is delicate!
