In Elementary

This was one Toddler Sensory Art project I seriously could not get enough pictures of! The kids squeezed a little shaving cream (in pastry bags, of course) onto egg cartons (attached to the wall in two corners with thumb tacs) and then sprayed with liquid watercolor – such a colorful mess!  The watercolor becomes almost neon when it sits on the shaving cream.  Our little toddlers in class loved this!  We gave them paintbrushes + sticks to stir the shaving cream & paint in each cubby.  When they left we were surrounded by beautiful little rainbows!
